1960 - The oldest collapsible boat of the world.... The Hadern Boat (Hadern), built in 1907, is shown at the greatest European camping exhibition, held from April 10th till 18th in Essen/West-Germany. Apart from tents and caravans, everything is shown that has any connection with camping. OPS: the oldest collapsible boat of the world, built in 1907 (left), the Klepperboat in which Dr. Hannes Lindemann (Lindemann) in 1956 crossed the Atlantic within 76 days (centre), and, on right, a modern collapsible boat for one person
