Oct. 10, 1960 - A very strange boat appeared on the river Weser near Bremerhaven/Germany. The self made submarine-like boat was made by Paul Hinze from Duisburg as a tug-boat for waterskiers. But his boating excursion to the North Sea ended allready at Bremerhaven because of a break-down of the engine. Now the waterski-tug-boat waits for a tug-boat which beings the strange ship home to Duisburg because Paul Hinze has no money to repar his boat.
