May 05, 1962 - The American aircraft carrier Wasp landed in the Kiel Scheernhafen, this morning. The Wasp belongs to the naval formation of eleven warships which has arrived for ten days visit at the German Baltic coast. 5000 marines are looking forward for spending about 2.14 million Mark in Kiel, Flensburg and Lubeck, in the first place for beer.
