Oct. 10, 1964 - The U.S. Destroyer Claude V. Ricketts arrives Washington with it's Mixed-manned crew.: The U.S. Destroyer Claude V. Ricketts on board of which are sailors from seven Western nations who are trying to work together, arrived in Washington Naval Dockyard recently. Mr. Gordon Walker, Britain's new Foreign Secretary, has gone to Washington for talks with Mr. Dean Rusk about the Multilateral Force (M.L.F.) the AMerican proposal for mixed-manned fleet of 25 Polaris surface vessels.
