Oct. 10, 1966 - The Puffin is brought ashore.: The ill-fated rowing boat Puffin, which was found capasized in the Atlantic, with its crew, journalists, David Johnstone, 35 and John Hoare, 28, missing during their attempt to cross the Atlantic, was this morning unloaded from the British cargo vessel, Pacheco, which brought the boat to London yesterday.
