Aug. 08, 1966 - Francis Chichester to sail alone round the world.: Mr. Francis Chichester plans to set out this eek on his longest -ever lone voyage from Plymouth, Devon to Sydney, Australia no-stop, and then around the Horn back to London following the course of the wool sailing clippers in his new 53-ft. yacht, Gypsy Moth IV.
