Jul. 07, 1967 - Sanded cargo ship ford in Guernsey. the Philippine cargo ship President Garcia which was aground for a week, was successfully towed off the rocks at Saint's Bay. Guernsey by threes Dutch tugs on Thursday evening. The tugs, two at sea and the other alongside, took an hour to slowly shift the ship.
