Jul. 07, 1967 - Hovercraft For Noise Test Becomes Waterlogged: A Hovercraft which was to have made tests between Blackfriars and Waterloo, today, to test how much noise it makes and decide whether it can be used on the Thames, became waterlogged, causing the tests to be cancelled.
