Nov. 11, 1968 - Danish Merchant Navy Captain Leaves Plymouth To Sail Solo Around The World: Captain Christian Loehr (49), a Danish Merchant Navy captain, who cames from, Nykobing, Sjaoll, Denmark, left Plymouth this week to sail solo around the world. His boat is a 6 1/2-ton Golden Hind class sailing sloop named Lento, which has no engine. Capt. Loehr intends to make Antigua in the West Indies, his first stop. Photo Shows: Capt.
