Mar. 03, 1968 - Family Sails for the South Seas: The 23-ton ketch Isbjorn left Plymouth yesterday bound for the South Seas. Aboard her were Dr. David Lewis, a New Zealander, his wife Fiona their two children, Suzie, 6, and Vicky, 4, and Dr. Lweis's son, Barry, 19. Dr. Lewis, who has been awarded a research fellowship from the Australian National University, is to spend two years in the Pacific studying ancient Oceanic navigational techniques. Last year the family completed a three-year round-the-world voyage in the catamaran Rehu Moana.
