Mar. 03, 1970 - Commemoration Crossing Of The Atlantic For The Exact Replica Of The Nonsuch': The exact replica of the 17th century ketch Nonsuch was loaded aboard the Bristol City at Avonmouth Docks, Bristol, today to sail across the Atlantic to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the Hudson Bay Trading Company. The original Nonsuch sailed to Canada in 1670 and in 1671 returned to England with the first consignment of furs from the Hudson Bay Company.
