Photo shows Ocean Victory, the first self-propelled drilling rig designed for North Sea oil exploration and capable of operating in 30-foot waves and against 100 m.p.h. winds, passing through the English Channel, with its helicopter pad a prominent feature. American built, it is 320-feet long, 262-feet wide and its 6, 700 h.p. engines produce speeds of seven knots ahead and three knots astern
