May 05, 1981 - Chay Blyth's new trimarian Brittany Ferries BG': British favourites for this summer's Observer - Europe one translantic doubleheaded Yacht Race, Chay Blyth and Rob James sailed their 65 ft trimaran, the largest to be built in Europe this year, to Tower Pier yesterday for its official naming ceremony, It was named Brittany Ferries GB after their sponsors.
