Feb. 02, 1958 - Britons Take First There Places In Ice Dancing Competition: The Ice Dancing competition in the 1958 European Figure skating tournament ended at Bratislava, Czechoslovakia with Britons taking the first three places. World championship holders, June Markham and Courtney Jones won the European title, with Catherine Morris and Michael Robinson, second, and Barbara Thompson and Gerard Rigby, third.
