Feb. 26 Skiing in London without snow 16-year old Karin Winkler, of Highgate, London, has been skiing for six years but yesterday was the first time she had skimmed down a slope in ski pants and swimming costume but her outfit was just right for skiing in sunny London. Of course, there was no snow she had to make do with a 200 ft. artificial slope specially constructed of nylon for the International Sports Festival and Exhibition at Crystal Palace
