Feb. 02, 1976 - Jubilant welcome for Rosie Mittermaier in her hometown; The streets of Reit in Winki, the wintersport town in Upper Bavaria were very crowded on the night of February 16th, 1976. The skier, who won two gold and one silver medal at the Olympic Games in Innsbruck was brought into town by a carriage-and-four to the main place, where she was welcomed by the mayor who made her an honorary citizen. Following there was a big ball at the town's major hotel. Photo Shows Rosie Mittermaier seen dancing with Sepp Maier, the goalie of soccer club FC Bayern Minchen at the ball later that night
