Dec. 12, 1980 - Ice Skating Gets a Golden Bonus Children taking ice skating lessons at Richmond Ice Rink are in for a golden bonus - free lessons from Olympic Gold Medallist Robin Cousins. The scheme has been organised by the rink due to the upsurge in interest in skating during the past few years, a phenomenon which they feel has largely been brought about by Robin Cousins success. Robin will be dropping in on sessions whenever he is in London to encourage the young stars of the future, working with the Coaching Director Arnold Gerschwiler and his colleagues.
