Oct. 10, 1989 - White wedding for Pirmin Zurbriggen; Swiss ski champion Pirmin Zurbriggen married Moni Julen in his native village Saas Almagell (Swiss Canton of Wallis) on September 30. The wedding was attended by more than 220 invited guests most of them colleagues of Zurbriggen's who welcomed the couple after the wedding ceremony with a lane of skis
