Jan. 23, 1968 - Search for H-Bombs after American Bomber crashed in Greenland: A search is being carried out by American Air Force teams for four hydrogen bombs aboard a U.S bomber which crashed into ice-covered sea when attempting a emergency landing. The plane, a B-52 bomber, crashed yesterday in Greenland's North Star Bay-seven miles from the American Air Force base at Thule.
