Mar. 03, 1972 - Two killed and 136 injured in restaurant Bomb blast in Belfast: Two Women were killed and 136 people were injured yesterday when a bomb exploded in a Belfast restaurant crowded with shoppers having afternoon tea. The Abercorn restaurant, in Castle Lane, was shattered by the blast, and glass showered over pavements packed with people. About 20 of the injured - most of them women and children were very seriously hurt and police said about half a dozen had lost arms or legs.
