Aug. 08, 1971 - Frankfurt Constabulary Extends Shoot-Training: Shoot-exercises with telescopic sight-guns.....the Frankfurt (West-Germany) - Police adopted for all constabularies now. After only stand-by-police had to shoot with those telescopic sight-guns before - this training is obligatory for all constabularies. They shoot out off a distance of about 110 yards on a plate on which a fleeting gangsters is pretended to be.
