Feb. 02, 1980 - Launche of with a machine gun to Cambrai: Today at the Imperial War Museum, The chairman of the Museum's Trustees, Marshal of the Royal Air Force, Sir John Grandy, held a reception to launch the hardback edition of George Coppard's classic, private soldier's account of the First World War, With a Machine gun to Cambrai. The guest of honour was J.B. Priestley, whom himself served as a front-line soldier in the trenches and was wounded three times.
