Albert Finch of Groyden had to retire owing to a badly cut eye in the eighth round of his fight with Ron Barton, Wet Ham-for the Light Heavy Championship title, at Harringay last evening.During the contest Ron Barton nearly went right out of the ring-when he slipped-and only just managed to save himself.
