Jan. 01, 1968 - Japanese Boxer Seki In London. Japanese featherweight boxer, Mitsunori Seki, has arrived in London to meet Howard Winstone for the vacated world title. The fight is scheduled over 15 rounds at the Royal Albert Hall, and was called by the World Boxing Association following the retirement last autumn of Mexico's Vicente Saldivar as the world champion.
