Dec. 12, 1969 - Charles Polite The American Heavyweight Arrives For His Fight With Joe Bugner: Charlie Polite, the American Negro heavyweight, from Springfield, Mass, who had the privilege of facing world champions, Joe Frazier, and Bob Foster and outside Buster Mathis, has arrived here in preparation for his contest against Britain's 19-year-old heavyweight, Joe Bugner, at the Albert Hall on December 9th.
