May 30, 1972 - Jean Claude trained at the National Sports Institute in Vincennes to prepare himself for his match against Argentinian Carlos Monzon at the World Championships on June 17th. Returning from a trip to Miami Florida, Bouttier brought two sparring-partners back to France with him whom he chose for their techniques that ressemble those of Mozon.
