1959 - He took on a big job: There were thousands of jobs for Scouts and Cubs during the Boy Scout Association's Bob a job Week but there were surely not many bigger than that tackled by 8 year old Cub, Michael Stewart, of Bromley, Kent. Who got the job of creosating a 200 foot long fence. It is doubtful, despite the Scout's motto Be prepared that he expected quite such a big fence, but as seen here he put plenty of energy into the task
