Aug. 14, 1967 - American Girl Scouts Go Shopping And Sightseeing In London: From States throughout America twenty Girl Scouts and two Adult Leaders have been staying with Guides and Ranger Guides throughout Great Britain for most of their five week visit to this country as guests of the British Girl Guides Association, and today they went shopping and sightseeing in London before returning home tomorrow. The Girl Scouts, all aged 17 or 18, were invited through The Girl Scout National Headquarters as a thank you from The Girl Guides Association of this country for the many invitations received in the past for British Girl Guides and Ranger Guides to attend events in the United States of America.
