British frigate Minerva arrives in Antigua, West Indies

Mar. 19, 1969 - One-Man Demonstration at St. John's: A one-man (foreground) demonstration was staged yesterday (Tuesday) before the British frigate Minerva at St. John's, Antigua, as the vessel waited to take British troops to Anguilla. British troops landed today on the tiny West Indian rebel island of Anguilla, in support of Mr. Tony Lee, HM Commissioner. Printed leaflets were handed out to the inhabitants to tell them that the object of the landing is to allow them to live in peace
