Oct. 10, 1969 - Birds on the Wing There was a photo call today at the Piccadilly Theatre London, for Birds on the Wing, a new comedy by Peter Yeldman which opens at the Piccadilly Theatre tomorrow (Oct 21). Birds on the Wing stars Bruce Forsyth (who makes his straight acting debut in this play) as Charlie, with June Barry as Elizabeth and Julia Lockwood as Samantha.
