Feb. 02, 1954 - Greek Prisoners return from behind the iron curtain hostages from Hungary.: A party of 501 Greek prisoners arrived at Igoumenitsa, N.V, Greece recently aboard the s.s. Micaulis from e nice. The people were living in villages near the border and were taken by force into the countries behind the Iron Curtain between 1947 and 49. a total of 1231 are being returned to Greece from Hungary.
