Jul. 07, 1969 - The Greek Insurance Company Tamboura announced last Wednesday immediately after the launching of Apollo II with destination to moon, that they had insured the three astronauts for the amount of $.10.000 each against their non return to earth, for any reason except their own refusal to do so. The relative contracts, properly signed by the manager of the organization, were sent by special messenger in order to be delivered personally to the wives of the three astronauts. The same insurance company has placed in the center of Athens, Constitution Square, a dummy of the Lunar Module, three times small than the real one. Photos shows Lunal module at Constitution Square
