1969 - Bridal bonnets bunnies: Two model girls dressed up in bunny-girl outfits, were to be seen in wardour street today. But instead of long white furry ears, the part of what's in store in the way of headdresses for Easter brides by young's dress hire. Says Mr. Louis young, who designed the bonnets and dreamed up their preview said: I'm not suggesting brides walk up the aisle as bunnies. I thought it would be a novel and symbolic way of showing off our new Easter bridal bonnets. The hats are a little untraditional for wedding wear, But I think extremely in keeping with Easter. After all, most women at Easter time like to wear extravagant hats, so why not brides too?
