Mar. 27 A Delegation Of The Central Committee Of Thelaotian Patriotic Front Arrives In Cuba: A Laotian delegation headed by Sinan Southichack, member of the CC of the Laotian Patriotic Front, arrived in Havana on October 13, for the celebration of the Declaration of Independence of Laos. Sulivong Phrasithdiet, eron the LPF, who attended the Tricontinental Conference hekf in Havana in January 1966, arrived also. The visitors were welcomed at the Jose Marti airport by Blas Roca, from the Secretariat of the CC or the Cuban Communist Party; Melba Hernandez, President of the Cuban Solidarity Committee with Viet Nam, Laos and Cambodia; Raul Valdes Vivo, Cuban Ambassador to the PRG of South Viet Nam and to the Royal Government of the Cambodian National Union. Doan Van, Commercial Attache A.I. of the DVR in Cuba and other Cuban officials were also at the airport.
