Jun. 01, 1964 - Ban Na, Laos: Loaded with equipment and supplies, troops of neutralist premier, Prince Souvanmna Phouma, march single-file through mountains between the Plaine Des Jarres and Ban Nam here recently, en route to front line. The British Government said in London 6/1 that Laos crisis talks will open in Vientiane within 24 hours, The talks will be aimed at seeking an immediate cease fire and a withdrawal of the Communists to positions their held before they attacked the neutralists on 5/16/64
