Dec. 21 Following the resignation of the chairman and the No. 2 managing director of the British Overseas Airways Corporation over matter of government policy, it has been announced that Sir Giles Guthrie has been appointed to be the new chairman of B.O.A.C. It has also been announced that Mr. Anthony Milward, Chief Executive British European Airways will take over as chairman of B.E.A. when the present chairman Lord Douglas Of Kirtleside retires next March, in addition Mr. Milward will have a seat on the board of B.O.A.C
