Mrs. Veronica Sugg, owner of the Bureau of Overseas Staff Services, the London Organisation which made English secretaries a status symbol for the American Business Executive - left London Airport today for Los Angeles to attend the Fourth Annual Convention of the National Association of Employment Agencies, and to lunch a new fashion for the business girl. Mrs. Sugg consulted John Cavanagh, the dress designer, and gave him her ideas of what the smart secretary should wear, and they came up with a practical and economical suit, consisting of a jacket in gray worsted flannel, with a concave front panel and with an inset belt placed below the waist at the back.There are two interchangeable skirts.
