May 05, 1963 - Company chairman turns film-maker.: When Associated Motor Cycle received a £500.000 order from the United States for their new Electra 400 motor cycle, Mr. Joe Berliner, President of the Berliner Motor Corporation who are A.M.C.s sole American distributors, and who placed the order, suggested that a film should be made of the Electra 400 to be shown to dealers U.S. Sir Norman Hulbert M.PP, Chairman of A.M.C. decided that he would make the film himself, so yesterday he took over the Brand's Hatch Racing circuit, and with the aid of Lady Hulbert, and Kenilworth model Lynne sheen who is a keen motor cyclist and duly made the film.
