Jun. 06, 1968 - Sikh Bus Driver Who Was Suspended By Wolverhampton Transport Corporation Gets Job With London Transport: Tarsem Singh Sandhu, the Sikh bus driver who was suspended by the Wolverhampton Transport Corporation because he refused to she his turban and beard, has been given a job as a bus driver by the London Transport at Southall Garage.
