Nov. 11, 1971 - Thirty seven year old Londoner becomes Vice President of American Express International Banking Corporation; Mr. Bob Savage. a 37 year old Londoner, has been promoted to Vice President of American Express International Banking Corporation, which he joined six years ago. This follows the decision to make London the center for the management of the Bank's foreign exchange and overseas money activities, which involve 4 offices in 18 countries.
