Mar. 03, 1979 - Richard Tarling Extradited to Singapore: Financier Richard Tarling was extradited to Singapore yesterday still condemning the decision as diabolical. Tarling, 44, faces five charges of violating local company law, said he was worried about spending months in a Singapore jail awaiting trial. Each charges carries a maximum of two years.
