Jul. 07, 1981 - Suicide Riddle of EEO Aide Fernans Spaak: Fernans Speak, 57, who earned 50, 000 a year as chief aide to EEC Commission President Gaston Thorn, was found dead in his luxury flat over the weekend, with his wife Anne dead in the bath. Police said it appeared that she had shot him with a hunting rifle and then Committed subside by electrocuting herself. M. Speak was due to fly to Ottaws for the western economic summit meeting.
