Jul. 07, 1979 - J.F.K. International Airport, New York.: The first scheduled DC-10 to land at Kennedy airport since the grounding of all DC-10's was the Laker skyrain from London. Laker's owner Sir Freddie Laker accompanied the firs resumed flight to New York and Served Champaign anourd the plane to the passengers. Photo shows Sir Freddie at the international arrivals building at Kennedy airport where he gave a press intervue. Sir Freddie said he planned to sure because of the losses to Laker Airlines brought about the Grounding
