Sep. 09, 1958 - Prince Norodom Sihanouk Inaugurates His Working Policy In Cambodia Under the leadership of Prince Norodom Sihanouk the Cambodian Prime Minister - 30, 000 Cambodians recently took part in the construction of a 13 KM road linking the villages of Dangkor and Wat Siengg, about 20 KM from the capital. This was the inauguration of the Prince Working Policy under which all government officials - including Princes - M.P.s soldiers police, etc. must spend one month a year at manual labour in the-fields, - factory etc. The crusade for manual labour aims at the levelling of the different classes.
