Oct. 14, 1964 - Mrs. Bandaranaike arrives with Buddha Relic. The Prime Minister of Ceylon, Mrs. Sirimavo Bandaranaike, arrived at London Airport last night, bringing with her a gold casket containing a relio of Buddha. It is a small piece of bone from the ashes of Buddha after his cremation 2, 500 years ago. On Sunday it will be enshrined at the new Buddhist Vihara in Heathfield Gardens, Chiswick.
