Sep. 09, 1967 - War Hero's off to Canada: Fourteen men and women who helped Allied Airmen to escape from Occupied Europe during the war are on their way to Canada for an 18 day tour as guests of the Canadian branch of the Royal Air Force Escaping Society. Seven of them are going via London, so tonight they are guests of honour at a reception given by the Canadian High Commissioner, Mr. Charles Ritchie at Canada House.
