Canadian troops breaking after a war exercise

Sept. 27, 1941 - London, England, U.K. - Canadian troops take a break after acting as German air invaders in an exercise to test London's defences in July 1941. The Post Office Home Guard were the force defending London in this exercise. Troops from many British colonies supported and supplemented the home forces, many serving in the Eighth Army in North Africa
