Mar. 03, 1973 - Car Bombs discovered in London: Following the discovery of a car packed with sacks of gelignite and four sticks of dynamite outside Scotland Yard today, senior detectives have ordered an all-out search for vehicles reported to have been placed at strategic points of the capital. Photo shows A radio with batteries attached by tape was discovered on the back seat of a mini parked at the rear of Downing Street, but after inspection by the police it was discovered that there was no cause for alarm
