Machine: Two new British Scooters were announced today - to challenge the increasing scooter market.by the Automotive Division of the BSA group. There are the 250c.c. twin Triumph Tigress - and the 175 c.c. two stars B.S.A. Sunbeam. The 250 c.c machine is capable of cruising a;ll day at 55-60 m.p.h. with a top speed of 65-70 m.p.h. and does 120 miles p. galena. It has cooling - coil ignition and weights 240 ld. prince for the 250 c.c. model is 87-2-6, and with electric starter 00-17-od. both inclusive of Purchase tax.
