Jan. 01, 1959 - Top tourists make their plans: The misses pat moss and Ann Wisdom, whose success with British cars in international rallies year made them the first joint holders of the European ladies touring championship and Europe's top women drivers, are making an early start in international competitions this year. They will drive a farina styled Austin A 40 from Paris in the 1959 Monte, Carlo Rally, January 18th to 21st. It will be the small cars debut in international competition and it has been specially fitted with rear windshield washers and wipers, navigational aids and extra lighting.
